Move the number

The engine prices every move. Your next valuation verifies it.

Every saved valuation comes back with the drivers holding it down. The engine prices each one by re-running your valuation, then turns it into a plan you can keep, hand to a colleague or consultant, or give to the ValuationMCP Agent. When the work is done, your next valuation checks it on file.

  4. VerifiedSet by the proof rule on the next valuation.

A verified move proves its metric moved. It isn't credited with the change in value.

For owners

Raise your number before you take it to market.

Buyers pay for what they can verify. ValuationMCP shows which drivers are holding your value down, what each one is worth on your fair estimate, and the first step, written from your own figures. Start a year or two before a sale and every saved valuation shows which moves have landed on file.

  • Figures come from your own CRM, billing system, ledger and custodian through MCP.
  • Each move shows the fact behind it, its worth, effort, horizon and the metric that will prove it.
  • Plan 1 move free. Owner covers the whole board, assignments, the ValuationMCP Agent and check-ins.

Checklist

  • Normalize owner compensation to a market salary so the true earnings line is visible.
  • Review the staff-to-revenue ratio against the study's revenue-per-professional benchmark before the next hire.
  • Audit the technology stack for overlapping subscriptions and per-seat waste.
  • Reprice the bottom decile of households or graduate them to a lower-touch tier.

Nudges, alerts and email

It notices when a plan stalls, so you don't have to.

ValuationMCP tells you what needs attention: in the app, in your assistant, and by email when you turn it on.

In the app
A check-in at the top of your plan. Each item opens the right move.
In your assistant
Ask for your move check-in and the same note comes back through MCP.
By email
Opt in to a weekly, monthly, quarterly check-in. Turn it off from the email, no sign-in needed.
For assignees
Reminder emails with their private link, never more than once every 7 days, with an unsubscribe.
Re-value nudge
Paid plans receive a nudge when their last valuation is more than 90 days old. Home offices can nudge member firms.

Progress tracking

Done is what someone says. Verified is what the numbers say.

A later valuation must show the proof metric moved, with a recorded source. Nobody sets verified by hand: not you, not an assignee, not an agent. A verified move proves its metric moved. It isn't credited with the change in value, because markets and benchmarks move too.

Ground rules

How the numbers stay honest

Figures come from the engine
Assistants and agents write words. A model-written line with a digit is dropped.
One move, one re-run
Each move is priced on its own with every other factor held still. Totals are sums for display, and moves overlap.
Verified by the server
Only a later saved valuation can mark a move verified.
Your rows aren't stored
Household rows are read for the analysis and never stored. Only the totals you tick are saved, with their source.
Read-only, on request
Pulls run only when someone starts them. The workbench calls only explicitly read-only tools. Removing a connection deletes its stored encrypted credential.
Guidance, labeled
Practice-management guidance is labeled. Legal, tax, insurance and investment questions go to your professionals, with questions drafted for you.
